Return Policy and Warranty Information
Note: Our uniform return policy is the same as our retail store return policy.
Return / Refund / Exchange Policies:
- There will be
NO cash refunds of any type.
- No returns will be accepted for any unworn / unused items after 30 days from delivery.
- A copy of the order acknowledgement or invoice
MUST accompany all returns.
- All returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, a company check, an exchange, or a credit refund back to a charge card.
- Customized items may not be returned for any reason
other than a manufacturer defect.
- Soccer Village will not reimburse customization costs if an item is returned due to a manufacturer defect.
- The customer is responsible for payment of all shipping costs incurred on returns or exchanges.
- All orders are subject to acceptance by Soccer Village.
For ALL returns please fill out the form at the link below. This form can be filled in online, simply type your information into the form and then click the "submit" button at the botton of it to send it in to Soccer Village. Please print a copy thereafter which must be included with your returned item(s).
The following problems are
not considered manufacturer's defects and are
- Clothing damaged by or from improper laundering / cleaning.
- Manufacturer's logos on merchandise coming off (i.e. logos screened on shorts or jerseys).
- Any other reason as may be determined by the manufacturer from time to time.
- Any cosmetic related issue that does not affect the performance of that item.
Length of Warranties from the date of purchase:
- Clothing — 30 days
- Backpacks and Duffel Bags — 60 days
