Note: Our uniform shipping policy is the same as our retail store shipping policy.
Domestic Orders
Shipping Priority
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible; however
all orders are subject to availability of merchandise.
If the item(s) in an order are in stock, it will generally take 1-3 business days to process the order for shipping.
If any item(s) are not in stock or are on backorder, we will notify you within 1-2 business days. Typically you will be notified by Email via the Email address you supplied with the order. We will give you the option of substituting or cancelling any currently unavailable item(s), if you wish. If you choose to wait; backorders will be shipped as soon as our manufacturers can supply.
Shipping Methods
Primarily we ship with United Parcel Service (UPS).
Customers have their choice of Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day and Ground.
Any additional shipping costs to upgrade shipping will be calculated at the time of checkout. Once the item(s) in an order ship;
it will generally take 1-2 weeks for the merchandise to be delivered. A confirmation Email will also be sent after an order is placed.
International Orders
Soccer Village does NOT ship outside of the United States.
Important Notices
Orders must be recieved by 11:00 am Eastern Time, and merchandise must be in stock to honor special (upgraded) delivery requests, such as Next Day.
Any RUSH DELIVERY orders received after 11:00 am Eastern Time on Friday through Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
No shipping method is guaranteed.
